Since 2015 Sweatcoin and now Sweat Economy have been working on making the world more physically active. With more than 140 million registered users, thousands of partners and a proven ability to make people move more (+20%) Sweat Economy has already become the largest onramp in web3 history. We now working on turning our token - $SWEAT - into the principal unit of physical activity value and building an economy of movement around it.

The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will be responsible for ensuring every interaction with our customers is at the right time, with the right content, to the right person and through the right channel.

**Roles and responsibilities

  • Manage ad-hoc campaigns end to end from planning, copywriting, design, briefing, implementation to reporting
  • Map and optimise all elements of the lifecycle journey, improving content, triggers and targeting
  • Work alongside data analysts to assess the performance of tests and ship regular improvements
  • Work alongside product managers to launch new features to existing users and help drive KPIs

Experience and skills :

  • Fluent in English
  • Expertise with a CRM/Customer Engagement platform such as at least one of the following CRMs Braze, Salesforce, or MoEngage
  • Cross-team collaboration experience to come up with and deliver successful campaigns Experience managing a cross-functional team from ideation through to delivery
  • Comfortable crafting hypotheses, running tests and assessing the results
  • Creative in coming up with different approaches to improving conversion rates
  • Numerically proficient with experience in tools such as Looker, Amplitude, Tableau
  • Strong influencing, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Deep curiosity about the usage behaviour of Sweatcoin users, what keeps them happy, and what might cause them to disengage
