While our products are virtually invisible, they play a vital role in ensuring the quality of modern life and we are committed to connecting what matters to solve some of the world's biggest adhesion challenges.PRIMARY DUTIES: Support on monthly reporting activities such as FX Exposure and Headcount.Support with Legal Entity Rationalization:Documentation Inventory and RepositoryFixed Assets Reconciliation before and after transfer between Group entitiesSupport with monthly SOX/Compliance requirements.Support with monthly variance analysis, building the reports and working with the respective accountants and Finance Integration Manager for commentaries and corrective actions.Do the first layer analysis of the P&L and highlight ups, downs, trends, corrections, and deeper analysis needed.Support BI integration and validation and monthly reporting as well as reconciliation to OneStream.Prepare Trial Balances for all the Beardow Adams entities for the Monthly Consolidation and perform the respective reconciliation to OneStream.Fill in the monthly OneStream reports – Intangibles, PP&E, Tax, among others.Support revising and streamlining mapping of local accounts to OneStream.Support SAP implementation.Support the Annual Audit process.Support the Beardow Adams Finance teams and other HHC Finance as required.Perform daily administrative activities and ad hoc requests, where applicable.EMPLOYEES SUPERVISEDNone - influence of supporting services will be more prevalent in this role than direct supervisory.Strong collaboration between several financial functions and business functions is essential to achieve all the duties described above.BUDGETARY RESPONSABILITYNone.Minimum Requirements BS degree in a business related major, such as finance, accounting, economics or managementFluent in English.Possess excellent analytical and organizational skills to ensure accurate preparation and reporting of financial results.Possess strong interpersonal skills and support a collaborative working style.Possess strong capabilities in Excel (Power BI is a plus)Possess great written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrates proficiency in the following competencies:Willingness and innate capacity to learnResponsive to change.Demonstrates effective self-management and accountable for results.Models collaboration and commitment.Demonstrates operational excellenceBe a self-starter
