Talenter is currently in the process of recruiting Content Moderator (M/F/D) to reinforce the organization of our client.
Review user generated content in a single review tool and classify according to policy. Expected to provide quality assurance and improve machine classifiers to ensure safety of the platform for all audience and cross-functional teams.
Location: Lisbon
Requirements :
- Sound coping, emotional resilience, and stress-management skills;
- Strong resilience and coping skills;
- Excellent comprehension and communication;
- Ability to perform duties objectively, devoid of inherent biases or personal beliefs, in the best interest of client policies;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Able to work under pressure;
- Previous business process outsourcing, customer service, or content moderation experience is a plus;
- Rotations/shifts and non-standard work hours;
- Advanced knowledge/Fluent in German.
