We are currently recruiting for a leading supplements brand in Portugal, which have a powerful team, always innovating and delivering the best to positively impact our customers' lives, providing fitness, energy, health and well-being.They are currently looking to strengthen their team with an Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Specialist (M/F) for their office located in Agualva-Cacém, Sintra.Responsibilities:• Development of affiliate program newsletters (Full Creation and Implementation, Analysis, and improvement of Open Rate and Click Rate).• Development of affiliate campaigns with the goal of sustainable program growth.• Creation and analysis of A/B tests with criteria and a proactive spirit.• Collaboration with content and design teams for creative asset development.• Proactively identify opportunities for campaign improvement and scalability.• Detection and development of best practices in Influencer Marketing, based on market trend monitoring.Ideal Profile:• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, or a related field.• Practical experience of at least 1 year in marketing management.• Proactive and eager to learn.• Exceptional data analysis and interpretation skills.• Fluent in Portuguese and in English (mandatory)• Advanced knowledge and practice of Excel (PowerBI and other tools are a plus).• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Ability to work in dynamic and high-activity environments.• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.• Available immediately and to work on-site in Agualva-Cacém, SintraWe offer:Direct job contract with our client.Competitive salary and conditions.Discounts for staff, health insurance, gym and other benefits.Possibility of career advancement and “causing impact”.
