This role is responsible for supporting with data maintenance for initiatives that are led by the Data, Process and Technology team. This is a service organization dedicated to the maintenance and curation of Master Data and Data Governance oversight. This is a global role, that will be responsible for Europe, APAC, and The Americas and working closely with other departments such as Sales, Finance, Product, Marketing and Supply Chain. You will- The work includes the maintenance of the PIM (Product Information Management);- Support the creation, maintenance and termination of reseller and distributor data fields in SAP, support the contract, pricing, reseller portal and sell-through tasks;- Maintaining the Product Information Management tasks;- Accurate and on-time completion of tickets submitted via The Service Hub;- Creating, maintaining, and terminating the following master data: - Customer account master - Resellers Contracts - Global Pricing Conditions - Reseller Portal - Sell through data - Reseller communications- Process improvement and other projects on business initiatives- Adhering and auditing work to policies and legal requirements- Documenting SOPs and customer specific data requirements We Are Looking For People With- Critical thinking- A passion for investigation, problem solving and making data driven decisions- Strong communication and organizational skills- Attention to detail & accuracy- Ability to work independently and as part of a team Qualifications and Education Requirements Bachelor degree of Business Administration, Economics, Data&Analytics, Computer Science or similar.
