Junior Training Specialist - Lisbon at Majorel Portugal | softgarden View job here Junior Training Specialist - Lisbon Full Time Lisbon, Portugal With Professional Experience 4/12/24 Job Title: Junior Training Specialist Reporting to: Training Team Lead       Work Type: Office Location: Lisbon   Overall Job Purpose   This is an excellent opportunity to work within a fast-paced and dynamic team environment whilst gaining excellent experience in a variety of training disciplines. As the Junior Training Specialist you will be responsible for conducting various product trainings including induction training that will boost employees workplace performance. You will also be responsible for engagement and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.   Duties and Responsibilities   Deliver and update training programmes including:  Pillar Specific Trainings (Product and Process Trainings), Refresher Trainings etc Learn additional product specific trainings and act as a back-up trainer Coordinate training events: close co-operation with the Training TL and operations/support functions for planning, preparation and execution (including hardware and software checks) On time completion of all action items agreed with line manager and stakeholders Attend to all administration tasks in a timely and accurate manner Ability to deliver assigned module(s) and updates independently  Deliver trainings using a variety of methods to include classroom learning, computer-aided training (if possible), training manuals etc Work with other Trainers and management to ensure trainings are delivered to the highest quality and efficiency Evaluate training courses and materials to seek improvements if needed Support employees ramp up and upskilling with the focus on clear measurement of the progress Analyse training needs, ensure actions are taken to minimise knowledge and soft-skills gaps  Raise any concerns related to employee wellbeing to relevant stakeholders Any other Ad hoc duties   Required Qualifications & Experience   Fluency in written and spoken English is essential for this role Previous formal or informal experience as a trainer would be beneficial Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver clear messages Strong attention to detail to ensure information is complete and accurate Flexible in a fast paced, changeable environment and can adapt quickly  Product knowledge preferable but not essential  Proven ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with others Ability to monitor and assess performance of yourself and other individuals Ability to deliver effective presentations and training sessions to a variety of audiences Strong administrative and I.T. skills  Understanding of both conventional and modern training tools, methods, and techniques Works collaboratively with others to accomplish team and organisation objectives Ability to work on own initiative to identify and solve problems using logic, judgement, data and recommend solutions to achieve the desired organizational goal or outcome Strong organisation, planning and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage several tasks within tight deadlines Displays a high level of professional integrity and promotes conduct and behaviours consistent with company standards Comfortable with reviewing internet content that may be deemed inappropriate and/or contain explicit material   Competencies   Understanding the Role Solutions Orientated Initiative Collaboration & Communication Organisational Commitment Resilience & Adaptability Wellbeing & Resiliency Management   About Majorel At Majorel, we create amazing customer experiences that people value and we are proud of.
