Your responsabilities :

• Maintain solid customer relationships by handling their inquiries and concerns (i.e. troubleshooting, fraud order, and returns: "The electric pressure cooker is not pressurizing properly," "I received a defective coffee maker in my recent shipment."
• Product information and offer details: "What are the power specifications for these food processors? " "Tell me about any combo deals for kitchen electrics and cookware."
• Delivery questions: "I expected my waffle maker yesterday, but there's been no update on the delivery status," "Can I track the delivery of my espresso machine? "

Our expectations :

• You speak Dutch in proficiency :

• Intermediate English level (min B2) :

• Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal

• You are self-motivated, and you like to work in the team

Main duties :

• Possible start on 03.04 :

• Working schedule time frames :Monday-Saturday: 07:00-18:00 (8h/day, 40h/week, 5 days/week) - Sunday is always a day off!

• Full time employment, 6 months fixed-term renewable contract

• Private Health insurance with a dental plan (after 6 months of the contract)

• Work in our modern office in Lisbon, Parque das Nações

• Training is provided at the beginning of the work, previous experience is not required

Competetive Salary and bonuses :

• 1100€ gross x14 months :

• up to 100€ gross monthly performance bonus

• up to 100€ gross mothly project bonus
