Python Developer with SQL, Spark, Docker, and Linux Experience

DescriptionAs a Data Scientist in Mobileum you will work within the Engineering Risk BU and you will contribute to the evolution of Mobileum Active Intelligence platform with improved analytics capabilities to deliver telecom-industry leading data analytics and machine learning platform. You will work integrated in the ML and Analytics team wrangling data problems from identifying data requirements to implementing analytics and machine learning solutions from experiments into production pipelines. Key Responsibilities•Develop and maintain advanced software applications using Python.•Work with SQL databases to store, retrieve, and manipulate data effectively.•Utilize PySpark and Spark for large-scale data processing and analysis.•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.•Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.•Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share best practices.•Assist in the design and implementation of scalable, reliable, and secure software solutions.•Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.Must-have skills•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.•Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Python development.•Good experience with SQL and relational databases.•Proficiency in PySpark and Spark for big data processing.•Solid understanding of software development principles and design patterns.•Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.•Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Good-to-have skills•Experience with the Hadoop ecosystem is a significant plus.•Familiarity with other programming languages and frameworks.•Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
