O que vais fazer:
- Suporte, de primeira linha, ao utilizador;
- Troubleshooting e resolução de incidentes;
- Criação de relatórios e documentação de procedimentos técnicos;
- Instalação, configuração e preparação de equipamentos para entrega;
- Apoio à gestão do parque informático.
Aquilo que esperamos de ti:
- Licenciatura ou Curso Técnico em Engenharia Informática ou similar;
- Experiência de, pelo menos, 1 ano em funções similares;
- Conhecimento de ferramentas de ticketing;
- Fluência em inglês ou espanhol ou francês (mandatório);
- Disponibilidade para turnos rotativos entre as 07h e as 20h (mandatório);
- Disponibilidade para iniciar dia 01 de agosto;
- Proatividade, dinamismo e boa capacidade de comunicação;
- Capaz de colaborar e trabalhar bem em ambiente de equipa;
- Orientação para resultados.
