Req ID Sao Domingos de Rana, Eger, Levice, Trnava, Warsaw, Wroclaw LP1, Portugal About the team The candidate will be an integral member of ZF Compliance Investigation Management team, which is part of the ZF Corporate Compliance department, reporting to Head of Corporate Investigation Management. The ZF Compliance Investigation Management department is responsible for the handling and consistent processing of all reported/detected Compliance incidents within the Group. Location flexible What you can look forward to as Compliance Investigator Region EMEA (m/f/d) Conducting Compliance Investigations (National and international) in adherence with all relevant legislation, guidelines, and best practices in case of Compliance incidents (incl. e.g., fraud, corruption, embezzlement, violation of legislation, conflict of interests) Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the performed investigations in Compliance with investigation and documentation processes and ensuring that risks associated with investigations are identified and appropriately escalated Conduct fact finding and perform data analyses in order to substantiate initial suspicions, enable the derivation of proper investigation measures, evaluation of financial impacts and preparation of transparent and comprehensive documentation of performed investigation measures. Conduct process-oriented interviews as confrontations in the course of investigations, including preparation of documentation in co-operation with Labour Law and Legal Presentation of investigations results, performance of closing meetings and creation of investigation reports in adherence with ZF Corporate standards incl. measures and recommendations for remediation Your profile as Compliance Investigator Region EMEA (m/f/d) Undergraduate degree (Accounting / Finance / Business), MBA or other graduate degree preferred, 3-5 years experience in investigations/forensic and/or Internal Audit, either in a global industrial company or a major accounting firm (e.g., big four), Professional certifications (CIA, CFE or equivalent) would be an advantage Very good knowledge of SAP ERP – and possibly other ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Navision, QAD), Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications Fluent English, ideally other language skills Excellent presentation, communication, and social skills - also in an international environment, autonomy, responsible and proactive mindset as well as assertiveness Strong methodical approach, analytical and process-oriented thinking, critical judgment, and an entrepreneurial mindset
