Product Manager Senior

Function: Set priorities and assign development tasks, efficiently managing resources to achieve project objectives; Foster a culture of accountability and achievement within the technology team, ensuring prompt delivery of high-quality products; Collaborate with the executive team to synchronize technology initiatives with the company's broader goals and business strategy; Uphold stringent quality standards, ensuring all deliverables meet established criteria; Supervise testing procedures and spearhead efforts to address identified bugs; Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT Management, or related field (preferred); Proficiency in English; Familiarity with PHP (preferred); Background in project management or leadership within a technology-focused team; Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical capacity (programming or quality assurance); Strong problem-solving skills and decisive decision-making abilities; Results-driven mindset with a solid understanding of business principles; Proven ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
