An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Oncology Brand and Customer Manager, with focus on Women’s Cancers |Breast Cancer. Being part of the Marketing Planning group, will report directly to the Franchise Lead, and be responsible for developing customer segmentation, strategies and plans relevant to the Brand, representing country customer and brand needs on internal taskforces. Through a focus on customers and on implementation, maximize sales for the Brand in the country.
Main role and responsibilities
Brand Strategy Development : Lead local Brand Committees Collection of Customer needs, segmentation and drivers/barriers and provide to C&DU local Development of local segmentation and determine segmentation strategy based on input from all groups interacting with customers. Forecasting/Planning of sales forecast and investments Collaborate and work with cross functional team in Agile methodology
Implementation : Implement Marketing Strategy and multichannel MCC Branded programs Content creation/adaptation and management though multiple platforms/timings Participate in Field Visits and Regional Sales rep meetings Metrics tracking
HCP Education
Develop Scientific Leaders plans and interact with Scientific Leaders Attend Scientific Congresses with Scientific Leaders Develop local speakers and organization of local speaker engagements Participate in Local/National Ad Boards
Education & skills : Required
University degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or other related Health Diploma or University degree in Management Minimum of (2) years in Pharmaceutical or Biotech industry. Marketing and Oncology Experience English, medium to high level.
Preferred
Oncology Experience in Breast Cancer market. Medical/pharmaceutical knowledge & Post-graduate title preferable. Promotion experience including, co-creating innovative solutions to meet customer needs and developing Brand plans to support Business Objectives Experience in or working with sales organizations
Skills : Strong understanding of foundational marketing strategy Strategic thinking and analytical; project management and collaboration skills Demonstrates high degree of integrity and ethics Strong communication and presentation skills Innovative thinking & habit of continuous studying
