About the job role : As a Spanish and Portuguese Advisor for Retail Project , you will provide the best customer support to our customers, attending to potential queries about our client's services and products. Your project is the first online marketplace dedicated exclusively to refurbished electronic devices.

As a Spanish and Portuguese Advisor for Retail Project , you will :

• Confer with customers via inbound calls to provide information about products, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints

• Assist customers' queries regarding the products and shipping deadlines

• Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files

• Manage customer requirements and expectations, by phone, in a calm and empathetic manner, aiming to solve their cases and issues

• Improve your technical skills by troubleshooting issues related to electronic equipment We are looking for :

• Proficient Spanish and Portuguese (C1/C2) :

• Previous experience in Customer Service is highly valued

• Excellent communication skills combined with empathy and team spirit

• Problem-solving skills - identifying customer needs and proposing quick solutions

• Passionate about IT and electronic devices world

• Ambition to develop your personal qualities within a professional environment
