Job Description Responsibilities:Answering and qualifying customer/client pre-sale inquiries concerning Motorola solutions, products, or services.- build and manage lead development pipelineQualifying all sales leads based upon lead qualification criteria definitionsGenerating prospective customers through cold calling and qualifying leadsTactfully and courteously interfacing with customers in order to build strong business relationshipsMailing marketing/sales literature to prospective clients, keeping up-to-dateActing as a single point of contactAdditional Knowledge/Skills: Inbound Sales Representative should:Proactively utilize strong problem-solving skills in order to deliver customer-focused solutionsEducate customers on respective business processes and procedures- proactively continue to understand products & solutionsDemonstrate active listening and consultative selling skills when promoting additional products and servicesDisplay strong verbal communication skills through daily cstomer interactionExercise multi-tasking skills when managing multiple systems and applications during customer interactionUtilize internal business tools and applications to effectively qualify and resolve the customer’s issues.
