Come and join one of the largest international companies in the area of personal, professional and industrial insurance as a Bilingual Client Service Officer (M/F) for Lisbon to work Monday to Sunday in rotative shifts from 8am to 5pm.
MISSION : As Client Services Officer:
- You evaluate and managed customer claims.
- Coordinate the direct billing process with international providers.
- Handle a portfolio of clients with expatriates stationed worldwide.
- Regulate health care costs for policyholders and third parties.
- Processing e-claims and Invoicing.
REQUIRED PROFILE :
- Previous experience in the insurance or medical sector is an asset, and in international environment;
- Fluent in French and English;
- Good communication and teamwork skills;
- Availability towork in rotative shifts from Monday to Sunday.

Direct Contract with the client:

Average monthly salary package of 1300€ gross (base salary + food allowance + transport allowance);

180€ gross bonus every 4 months;

Annual bonus of150€ gross;

Hybrid work: 2 days homeoffice and 3 days at the office.
