As part of the role, you will need to have ability to determine where, when and how often advertising should run, in order to maximize performance and ROI. Determining the best combination of media, using tools & data to effectively reach the target audience(s) and achieve the clients’ objectives.

Job Description :

  • A Planning manager must develop campaign strategies, including audiences, campaign funnel and selections, automation, testing and control. Should have ability to set priorities, focus energy and resources, strengthen operations, ensure that stakeholders are working toward common goals, and establish agreement around intended outcomes/results; to build a strategic plan and implement through detailed tactics to reach organizational goals.
  • Should have Analytical Thinking and be able to identify and define problems, extract key information from data and develop workable solutions for the problems identified to test and verify the cause of the problem and develop solutions to resolve the problems identified.
  • Should demonstrate the ability to story tell and report on data and insights gathered from different sources and create reports and actions targeted for different audiences/brands.
  • Must understand and implement cost-effective client delivery and operations of our solutions.
  • A Planning Manager should have the ability to craft customer-journey-centric strategic narratives that are grounded in cross-discipline insights, focused on business outcomes, and enable innovative "integrated-by-design" solutions development across the portfolio of dentsu offerings.
  • Translate client business questions into KPI selection and measurement for reporting and strategy recommendations.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree, concentration in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications preferred.
  • 2 to 4 years of Marketing / Media or Communication experience with progressive levels of responsibility.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and a track record of success in the marketing services profession.
  • Strategic thinker, seeing the bigger picture, with ability to analyze everything and think critically when solving problems to come up with unconventional solutions.
  • Strong capabilities in building customized strategic rationales’ frameworks + storytelling adapted to client needs or market opportunities. Experience on effective presentations’ conception + guidelines.
  • Ability to build great relationships with colleagues, clients, vendors, and other relevant stakeholders.
