Customer Support Representative for Technology Company (German Speaker)

Tasks Providing accurate and detailed information about the company's products, features, and specifications. Managing and responding to customer requests through phone and email. Assisting customers with product setup, troubleshooting, and usage guidance. Processing customer orders, returns, and exchanges. Ensuringing excellent customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing technical assistance in an appropriate and friendly manner.
