Business Analyst (Remote)

InnoWave is searching for a Business Analyst to perform the documentation of business needs of customers for systems development, identifies failures and opportunities for process improvements, raises requirements and functional specifications.

• Interpret business needs through participation in meetings with the client
• Develop the test plan, defining acceptance criteria and testing scenarios.
• Collaborate with the client and technical teams
• Ensure compliance with the requirements defined by the final solution
• Critically analyze and monitor requests for functional changes and clarify doubts with the customer
• Prepare and keep updated the technical documentation of the project, for example the specification of business and functional requirements, specification of interfaces or user manuals Skills
• Degree in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science or in similar areas
• Minimum of 3 years work experience in the same role
• Experience in functional analysis
• Knowledge of software development methodologies
• Experience in the preparation of project documentation
• Advanced mastery of Office tools (Word and Excel)
• Ability to priority management, great responsibility
• Excellent capacity to work autonomously or integrated in a team
• Proactivity and ability to adapt in a context in which priorities often change
