Missao : Your Mission New technologies and opportunities are constantly appearing in the software development landscape. Maintaining a clear view of these impacts in the different areas of activity is strategic to allow presenting competitive solutions and tailored the needs of customers. The current position is to integrate the area responsible for the management of technologies and Tech assets, working, advising, and supporting the area manager.

Your role

• Support and assist the evaluating and overseeing of new technologies solutions proposed;
• Promote the integrations between the owners of these products and solutions;
• Help to disseminate technological strategies at Capgemini Engineering;
• Act as a focal point to solve and integrate different actions between the area and the stakeholders;
• Evaluate Tech Assets projects and control its information’s;
• Evaluate and analyse different technologies and tools, doing recommendations or avoiding them;
• Helps to execute studies about Tech Trends and disseminate awareness;
• Work in monitoring and maintaining the internal “technological radar”;
• Assist the Technological List/Portfolio and Tech panels;
• Assist the Tech Assets Portfolio;
• Help to maintain and bring ideas to the continuous improvement of area methodologies.

Perfil :

• Ability to understand heterogeneous technologies in different contexts (such as digital and embedded, etc);
• Experience with several different technological stacks, tools, and platforms;
• Experience in IT projects development and/or Software Engineering;
• Experience or knowledge in R&D projects (valuable);
• Knowledge in Project Management (valuable);
• At least 5 years of experience in technical positions;
• Good analysis skills;
• Team Player;
• Good communication skills;
• Good organization skills;
• Problem solver.
