As a Project Manager, you'll be based in our Leiria, Portugal office and will be a part of a dynamic team. Tasks Plan and execute software projects from start to finish, ensuring that all goals are met within the specified timeline and budget Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and efficient project delivery Manage resources, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise Track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring that they are completed on time and meet quality standards Be passionate about the customer and be their voice inside the business Analyze customer insights, consumer trends and market dynamics Gather and analyze product feedback from all business functions Contribute to discover a product that is valuable, usable, and feasible Translate product strategy into detailed requirements / user stories and prototypes Review and approve the development of new features and the proposed development releases Organize, create and read proof the product documentation Prepare the launch of new product version Communicate the vision and value of new products to the sales team and develop sales tools that facilitate the selling process Perform product demos to customers Collect, analyze, respond and act on customer feedback Attend events to represent the company and promote the company’s products Requirements BSc/MSc degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering and Management, or related field preferred Proven experience as a project manager, delivery manager, or product manager PMP, PRINCE2, SCRUM or Product Management training is a plus Technology-savvy with curiosity for new technologies and the industrial / manufacturing fields Strong analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills Strong leadership, team management, and collaboration skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail, creative thinker, and fast problem solver Fluent in English Available to travel: 10% to 20% of the time Benefits You will be working on a ground-breaking product, where you can use your creativity and knowledge to help solve challenging technical and social problems.
