Sou uma empresa :Grupo Sagardi Sagardi Group is looking for a Cooker a la carte (full-time) In the heart of Amsterdam, Sagardi opened its doors in 2019, with the mission to convey the culture, gastronomy and tradition of the Basque table beyond the national Spanish borders. The Netherlands is one of the most important areas in the Group's gastronomic expansion project, together with England and Portugal, where we have brought a cuisine of products, honest and authentic, that originated in Barcelona almost three decades ago. What will you do as a Cooker a la carte? You - Daily production and mise-en-place. - Stock control and proper conservation using the FIFO system. - Adherence to established HACCP procedures and safety and hygiene standards. - Maintenance and organization of the kitchen and work area. - Execution of tasks assigned by the chef. - Service during specified hours. Requisitos : - Availability for full-time work (38 hours). - Professional Category: Employee - Experience as a Cooker a la carte in a restaurant is highly appreciated, at least 1 year. - Able to manage a station (mise-en-place and pass on service). - Authorization to work in the Netherlands. - Education in Hotel and Catering.
