As a Software Requirements Analyst, you will be working in a team of professionals with huge experience in creating financial software products. We expect the Software Requirements analyst to:analyze customers’ business processes and operationselicit customers’ needs and propose solutionsdevelop functional requirements for software productscreate various types of specifications for the product: User Stories, SRS, etc.clarify requirements for the needs of design, development, QA and support teamsparticipate in the validation and provide feedback to the development teamdemonstrate solutions to the customer and gather early feedbackexplore competitor products and understand trends in both trading industry and software developmenthelp make communication across distributed teams clear and efficientQualificationsThe candidate is required to possessexceptional analytical abilities and problem-solving skillsexcellent communication skillsfluent Englishuniversity degree in information systems, math or economicsexperience in business analysis and business process modelingexperience in creating software requirements specifications: User Stories, BDD-specifications, SRS, etc.knowledge of software development methodologiesexperience in a similar position in software development projects of at least 3 yearsknowledge of the financial software for trading is a plus
