Entity and activity description Founded in 2019, Air Liquide European Business Services (ALEBS) aims to support the Air Liquide Group in it's financing and accounting processes.

Missions and Responsibilities Mission**: Support the Internal Control Manager in ensuring that HR operations are compliant with AL Group principles.

The HR Internal Control Analyst will be responsible to interact with HR departments, by supporting and giving guidance on all matters related to Internal Control.

  • Ensuring implementation of HR Internal Control framework, in accordance with the Group requirements
  • Risk identification and assessment (Risk and Control matrix)
  • Definition of controls
  • Control testing and follow up
  • Perform monthly reports on control results
  • Definition and follow up on improvement action plans
  • Support in implementation, monitoring and follow-up of action plans resulting from internal audits (ensure audit findings and recommendations are addressed and closed at due date)
  • Support in the implementation of the incident management process (identification, analysis, corrective measures definition and follow-up)
  • Support in all matters related to the HR Business Continuity Plan
  • Maintain the Segregation of duties within the different systems used by HR departments and proposing compensatory controls (if applicable)
  • Ongoing monitoring of HR standard operational procedures to ensure adherence with Group requirements and HR Internal Control framework

Requirements :

  • University degree (Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent)
  • Professional experience in similar activities 5-7 years
  • Valuable: Experience in Internal Control
  • Valuable: COSO framework knowledge
  • Valuable: Project Management experience
  • Valuable: Experience in SSC environments
  • Valuable: Experience with Workday, Service Now, ADP and Alight will be a plus
  • Excellent English
