We are currently seeking Temporary Credit Control Specialists (f/m/d) to join our client's team remotely.

Workplace : Home-based Note : You may be required to attend the office for specific situations; the office is situated in Porto.

Schedule : between 09 am and 06 pm, from Monday to Friday with 2 Saturdays per month.

What will be expected from you? Contact dealers to request the late payment of invoices and redirect to the internal Credit Control team for any issues.

What do you need to have?

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, at a C1 level.
  • Previous experience in customer contact, ideally within collections.
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with buyers and sellers.
  • Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Availability to work in a temporary position for about 3 or 4 weeks.
