About the job role: As a Customer Support Advisor for Mathem , you will provide warm and professional contact to each of our customer's clients and solve with precision and efficiency emerging issues that customers may face. You will ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction while enjoying every day on the job. As a Customer Support Advisor, you will: Answer and handle cases and errands from the main channels such as phone, chat, and mail. Handle questions from both B2B customers and B2C customers. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaints. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. What we are looking for:  Fluent or Proficient Swedish (C2) and English (B2) Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit.
