Senior Consultant, SAP Planning

Its ultimate purpose is to deliver relevant IT, financial and HR business services to all business areas within the company. Role purposeAs a Lead Consultant SAP Planning, you are not just a part of the team; you are at the very heart of our analytics journey. Here, you'll utilize the potential of the latest SAP technologies to build, run, and optimize best-practice solutions. In your role you will be taking the lead in development tasks and architecture decisions and work on projects with internal team members, external consultants and our business stakeholders. Responsibilities Delivering advanced end-to-end data planning solutions with SAP Analytics Cloud Planning, managing both internal and external resources Be a lead consultant / architect in SAP Planning projects and establish and advice on best practices for implementing planning projects and solutions that also integration with various systems (S/4 HANA, BW4HANA, SAP Datasphere, etc) Work closely with business, translating requirements into development tasks and define and deliver projects Work with business stakeholder to develop a planning roadmap Establish standards both on the technical solution but also on the interface to the frontend / users Support the business in taking the planning solutions live and onboard end-users Qualifications and skills Bachelor or master's degree in IT, business or similar fields 5-7 year of experience with SAP Planning Solutions (SAP BPC or SAP Analytics Cloud) or comparable non-SAP Planning tools Delivered 3+ customer projects with SAP Analytics Cloud Strong conceptual experience in defining planning processes and solutions Experience with SAP Planning Architecture and integration to SAP ERP or S/4 and SAP Business Warehouse Great communication skills, taking initiative and responsibility when working with international teams Work independently and structured Be a trusted team member both within the SAP team and towards our internal customers Keen on keeping up with SAP technology, translating new trends into tangible business value Proficiency in English is a must We offer Working with the newest SAP Technologies: S/4 Embedded Analytics, BW4HANA, SAP DataSphere, Analysis for Office and SAP Analytics Cloud for reporting and planning Working at the world’s only fully integrated aluminum and leading renewable energy company Diverse, global teams Flexible work environment including home office options We provide you the freedom to be creative and to learn from experts Career growth opportunities, with potential for new certifications Attractive benefit package Hydro values diverse skills and perspectives among employees.
