Job DescriptionAs a JMP in the Controlling, Finance & Accounting department, you will get to know the diversity of controlling at Bosch – from factory controlling to business unit controlling:Using tools such as Power BI to create reports and forecasts and support strategic planning;A key aspect of your responsibilities will be active participation in the ongoing digitalization and automation initiatives within our business processes. In addition, you are enthusiastic about digitalization and are IT-savvy. You enjoy inspiring other people. You consider courage, openness, tolerance, and mindfulness to be desirable attitudes.Background: You have completed your master's or diploma degree in business administration, economics, business informatics, industrial engineering or comparable with above-average results. You are already familiar with topics such as economic planning and KPI systems. Maybe you already have an MBA, PhD or first work experience.Experience and know-how: You have professional experience of at least three years and have gained practical experience through demanding subject or related internships, preferably in medium-sized companies or start-ups. You are proficient in Portuguese and English (German would be a plus).
