Job DescriptionDevelop and industrialize CST Agro Tires in accordance with the approved plan, with the aim of making the product available on the market in a timely manner;Leading activities for the Development and industrialization of new technologies for the continuous improvement of the products based on benchmarking and market requirements.QualificationsMaster degree in Engineering (Chemistry or Mechanical Engineering preferred);Knowledge in Microsoft Office, CAD;Strong Project Management skills;Experience of at least 5 years in R&D environment and experiences in tire business (as preferential)Self-organization and ability to work with autonomy;Capability to work in international teams, good english communication skills;Capability to lead cross functional teams;Solid English language skills;Availability for travellingAdditional InformationIntegration in a challenging and international work environment, featured by the existence of state-of-the-art technologiesLocal employment contract with attractive remuneration package and benefitsContinuous professional training and excellent possibilities of personal and professional development
