Italian-speaking Technical Advisor in Lisbon : Your Profile :

  • Your first language is Italian
  • You are fluent in English (B2)
  • You are open to learn everything about new technologies
  • Some experience in technical troubleshooting and/or customer support is nice to have, but not mandatory

Your Responsibilities :

  • Understand the business goals of the clients and support them through a chat system
  • Provide high-quality customer service
  • Adapt the brand’s voice and tone
  • Respond appropriately to customer escalations and escalate issues
  • Respond to inbound customer requests, document relevant case information
