The Role:As a Customer Service Advisor you will represent a European Parking App and you will be responsible for providing high quality service to customers who have questions or experience problems with the app. Your contact with customer will go through various communication channels, including phone, WhatsApp, Chat, Email and Social Media. This is a versatile role which may involve providing information about parking rates, locations, availability, or addressing concerns related to transactions, account management, or app functionality. Besides this, you could be assisting users with technical problems they encounter while using the parking app, such as login issues, app crashes, or payment processing errors.
