Employer Brand Manager
Mission
Responsible for defining the strategy that builds and maintains the company's positive image to our people and to people we want to attract and lead its implementation in all geographies (One Galp). Collaborate with internal areas to promote an employer’s brand and values through social media, print and other communication outlets. The main purpose is to sell an association as an employer of choice to employees and necessary hires identified by people team.
What you'll do
- Our EB actions should relate to our purpose;
- Communicate the plans to promote our EVP;
- Deliver consistent brand messages to all external stakeholders;
- Promote an employer’s brand and values through comms and brand (social media, print, events);
- Contribute to the growing of company’s online presence on different work sites/web pages, creating innovative and attractive ways to attract prospective employees;
- Manage brand ambassador's programme: retention programs;
- Create, uncover and articulate personal and inspirational employee stories to support the employer brand;
- Work to amplify Galp culture so we can position ourselves as a privileged place to work;
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of attraction/talent marketing campaigns on an ongoing basis to ensure maximum ROI.
People & Organization
- Identify the target we want to attract;
- Ensure a suitable mix of channels (social media, recruiting events, partnerships) are available to attract the best talent;
- Reinforce the partnerships with University Career Services;
- Contribute to a memorable onboarding experience and the sense of belonging.
Brand & Marketing
- Amplify our EVP;
- Media Relations / Give our people a “stage”;
- Promote and communicate the employer value proposition;
- Making our people our ambassadors;
- Partnerships to give our people discounts (I am Galp);
- Identify benefits to our people through brand sponsorships;
- Campaigns.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in the areas of Human Resources Management, Marketing or Communication;
- Experience in a similar function (minimum 2 years);
- Languages: Portuguese and English;
- Driving Licence.
