Technical Support Advisor - Finnish or Danish

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Go beyond the customer’s service expectations so they will remember and share their great experience.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints, and in line with internal procedures.
  • Communicate with customers using various channels.
  • Collaborate with other specialists to solve or properly close help tickets.
  • Maintain and update all job-related administrative forms.
  • Able to identify when the issue should be re-assigned to another department or more senior representative.
  • Listen to the customer’s unique situation and acknowledge their needs.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Customer-oriented role experience will be considered an advantage.
  • Experience in Technical Troubleshooting is preferable.
