About the job

  • Lead daily GDPR BAU duties within the 1st LoD, supporting CIB clients in achieving their objectives in terms of compliance with privacy by design principles and other data protection requirements, in close interaction with CIB Central Data Office, the SPOC network (1st LoD) and the DPC/DPO network (2nd LoD)

Your Main Activities Are

  • Lead daily data protection duties as part of the CIB data protection framework
  • Ensure CIB project validation processes comply with Privacy by Design principles and support PMs on their DPHub activities
  • Provide opinion on GDPR data protection section of impact assessments
  • Manage incoming external and internal requests in the outlook inbox CIB GDPR DESK, including DSRR
  • Publish the CIB GDPR DESK periodic report, manage a dedicated SharePoint space "CIB GDPR Corner", and support CIB Data Office in preparation of data protection committees
  • Contribute to disseminate a culture of personal data protection within CIB
  • Maintain a regulatory watch on data protection
  • Develop and share best practices with the data protection network

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor’s in Law, Business Management or related
  • Up to two years of experience in the legal area
  • Knowledge on Law and Regulations
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Excel and Powerpoint
  • Attention to detail and rigorous mindset
  • Ability to communicate both orally and written
  • Abillity to synthetize and/or simplify
