As a Customer Service Agent with French, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience by consistently providing solutions. During your day to day: - You will handle calls/emails from customers (B2C)- You will manage cases about online orders or reservations- You will colaborate with other departments- You will handle complaints and queries Who are we looking for? You're the person we're looking for if: - You have a fluent level in French - You have a B2+ level in English - You are passionate about customer care (B2C) - You have excellent communication skills - You are both customer-oriented and detail-oriented- You're focused on reaching your goals- You have good problem-solving skills What do we offer?
