David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit French speaking Team Leader for their Lisbon office.

Position: Team Leader

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Supervise, monitor, and develop a team of Customer Advisors
  • Closely monitor the SLAs and KPIs of the project
  • Continuous improvement of the project KPIs by identifying performance gaps, analyzing root causes and develop strategies to improve results of the team
  • Lead a team to success by creating an inspiring customer service environment focused on quality and achieving high-level performance
  • Promote open communication culture
  • Contribute to the company’s fast-paced growth.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Native/fluent in French, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)

  • At least on 1 year of previous experience in Team Management (mandatory)

  • Computer literate with solid knowledge of Microsoft Office suite

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Ability to deliver training, conduct roleplays and provide feedback in 1-2-1 or group format

  • Ability to prioritize workload for him/herself and subordinates

  • Decision-making skills

  • Resourceful and stress resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations

  • Ability to work independently, while being team player at the same time
