David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit French speaking Team Leader for their Lisbon office.
Position: Team Leader
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Supervise, monitor, and develop a team of Customer Advisors
- Closely monitor the SLAs and KPIs of the project
- Continuous improvement of the project KPIs by identifying performance gaps, analyzing root causes and develop strategies to improve results of the team
- Lead a team to success by creating an inspiring customer service environment focused on quality and achieving high-level performance
- Promote open communication culture
- Contribute to the company’s fast-paced growth.
REQUIREMENTS :

Native/fluent in French, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)

At least on 1 year of previous experience in Team Management (mandatory)

Computer literate with solid knowledge of Microsoft Office suite

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to deliver training, conduct roleplays and provide feedback in 1-2-1 or group format

Ability to prioritize workload for him/herself and subordinates

Decision-making skills

Resourceful and stress resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations

Ability to work independently, while being team player at the same time
