THE ROLEAs Indie Campers University Recruitment Associate Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategy and execution of campus recruitment efforts and the execution of various internship early-career programs across Europe and México. You will be joining our People team in our Lisbon HQ, reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Director, and working very closely with many executive and non-executive stakeholders. WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON? Ensure the successful execution of all aspects of Indie Campers recruitment for internships and full-time university programs.Define the recruitment strategy for each position, employing different sourcing strategies for each position.Manage new hire process and improvement of our current ones.Create actionable insights on Google Sheets and Slides, and develop action plans to improve participants and business satisfaction.Execute recruitment processes from A to Z (sourcing to onboarding) if needed;Stakeholder management to guarantee alignment between all, providing the best candidate experience;Working metrics (e.g. Time to Hire, Offers Accepted, Positions closed vs. Headcount plan)Build and maintain partnerships with target universities WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? At least a bachelor’s degree in HR related fields, or management5+ years of previous experience in talent acquisition with university recruitment Experience in project managingProficiency using LinkedIn Recruiter and familiarity with sourcing techniques Proficiency working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Proficiency in working with Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Forms)Preferred experience with Greenhouse (ATS)Fluency in EnglishPossesses keen analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex, disparate datasets into insights that drive strategies and solutions.Excellent verbal and written communication skills to successfully influence and communicate complex information clearly to other colleaguesTeam player with the ability to work and initiate independentlyYou thrive in fast-paced environments and feel comfortable with ever-changing situations;You are motivated by taking ownership of your projects;
