Responsibilities: Reporting to the FP&A Manager, as the Cost Control Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in providing the leadership team with essential information to make informed decisions. Your responsibilities include: Budget Management and Cost Approval Workflow Act as the gatekeeper for corporate expenses and overhead costs to ensure compliance with policy and budget constraints Design and manage the cost approval workflow, collaborating with department heads to make sure we have an effective and fast decision process Be the approver of all employees' business expenses and overhead costs to ensure adherence to expense policies and budget Regularly review country-specific policies and budget allocations, recommending adjustments to align with business needs Analysis & Reporting : Review general ledgers for each country to ensure proper allocation of costs Create detailed reports for each cost type to assess progress against the budget and anticipate potential deviations, enabling proactive intervention Develop and maintain relevant KPIs Collaborate with operations to identify and track cost-saving initiatives Additional Responsibilities : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support finance-related initiatives Support FP&A manager in any other project We believe you’ll thrive in this role if you/Profile : Hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. Possess proficiency in using Google Sheets, including pivot tables, index/match/sumifs/importrange, and a willingness to learn more. Demonstrate strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
