Supporting Areas of responsibility include Restaurants/Bars and Room Service, if applicable. Helping the Supervises daily restaurant operations and assists with menu planning, maintains sanitation standards and assists servers and hosts on the floor during peak meal periods. Strives to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the financial performance in areas of responsibility.


  • Hands on operation, tournant training trough different positions In B&F departments.
  • Understanding of different meal periods and B&F programming
  • Responsibilities related to culinary departmental duties


  • Ensures all operating standards comply with company policies.
  • Assists with inventory check of operating equipment.
  • Handles guest complaints and follows up.
  • Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests.
  • Knows and understands all the B&F policies and procedures in service & kitchen.
  • Recognizes good quality products and presentation.
  • Directs all efforts in the service to maintain the standards established by the restaurants & bars.
  • Follows up in the implementation of truth in menu and advertising.
  • To be knowledgeable in wine service and cocktails
