Purpose of PositionManage all cabin logistics and supply chain process to guarantee the flow of goods with high quality of service to best satisfy the customers (internal/external). Develop supply chain strategies and processes aiming to reduce stocks, costs and lead times, always with a view to performance and safety. Tasks and ResponsibilitiesSupply Chain Management: Responsible for the overall cabin supply chain management Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize the supply chain, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency. Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle. Establish supply chain requirements together with Procurement and the business areas. Supplier Management: Monitor, review, and highlight any gaps in the performance of a portfolio of suppliers to recommend and ensure delivery of improvements by suppliers or to renegotiate or change contract/supplier. Make sure a portfolio of suppliers are delivering required levels of services. Participate in negotiations with suppliers led by Procurement. Inventory Management: Responsible for the Inventory Management (warehouse/lockers), setting and maintaining stock parameters according to the business needs. Implement and utilize logistics software and technology tools to streamline processes and improve visibility into the supply chain. Responsible for the integrity and accuracy of data in the Order and stock management systems 3PL Warehouse and Lockers SLAs management Management: Lead and manage a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluation. Responsible for Budgeting and forecasting of the space with inputs from the business areas. Develop and monitor a set of functional area performance KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and SLAs Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including safety, environmental, and customs requirements. Review existing operations in a major area of work and implement innovation processes to generate new ideas and ensure the required continuous improvement outcomes are delivered.EducationBachelor's in Supply Chain and Logistics or BusinessCertifications and LicensesYears of Experience6-8 years of experienceCore CompetenciesService-OrientedCuriosityCollaborationAdaptabilityStrives For Positive ResultsKnowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other (KSAOs) Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus; Minimum 6 years’ experience in logistics or supply chain management, with a proven track record of successful management; Minimum 3 years’ experience in managing a Team; Experience in aviation sector is preferred but not mandatory. Strong knowledge of logistics principles, regulations, and industry best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in logistics software and tools . Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing circumstances. Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills Strong analytical and decision-making skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects Fluency in Business English (written and spoken).
