Security Scheduler, Lead (NJE)

Purpose of PositionThe Security Scheduler, Lead is responsible for executing the daily schedule of services requested and provided by QS Security. The Security Scheduler, Lead manages and modifies crew and Owner movements to meet security requirements. The Security Scheduler, Lead interacts with external vendors as well as Owner Services, Travel and various other departments that logistically support the execution of the daily schedule to achieve service and security requirements. Additionally, the position will be responsible for driving process refinement and implementation, project management, invoicing, cross-team /discipline collaboration, maintenance of internal, and external stakeholder relationships. Tasks and Responsibilities Process and monitor orders for security services for Owners and Crew using multiple platforms; Provide daily management of external security vendors; Identify, develop, implement, and maintain security standard operating procedures and strategies across all operation units to reduce security-related risks; Manage and maintain all QS Security spreadsheets, databases and records for Owner and Crew ground movements; Create the daily security schedule. Incorporate new bookings and changes to bookings into the schedule; Refine and maintain the schedule for security services and operations. Decision making skills are used to recover from unanticipated events. Objective is to continuously search for opportunities to mitigate risk in a dynamic environment; Communicates important information in a timely manner to all business units including: Owner Services, Travel, International Trip Planning, and Scheduling; Ensure that all quality standards for service and unique Owner requests are met; Manage and maintain the invoicing process for all security services provide by QS Security. #LI-Hybrid EducationBachelor's in Aviation or LogisticsYears of Experience6-8 years of experienceCore CompetenciesAdaptabilityCollaborationCuriosityService-OrientedStrives For Positive ResultsKnowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other (KSAOs) Previous experience with ground transportation reservation systems preferred; Previous experience in a fast paced, dynamic work environment and the ability to multitask are crucial to this position; Ability to communicate in a professional manner in stressful situations; Previous experience in an aviation planning function, dispatch, or security planning is preferred; Sound judgment and problem solving skills; Proficiency in MS Office; Strong customer service and team focus; Fluency in Business English (written and spoken); Exposure to sensitive and confidential information
