  • The Back Office (BO) for Corporate Structured Credit provides servicing activities related to syndicated loans or complex bilateral credits. This includes loans to customers of different Business Lines. Complex credit transactions are booked in the credit management system and then transferred, after the first drawdown, to the Back Office (BO) for Corporate Structured Credit located in Lisbon for the servicing of the live cycle events of the credit. The Loan Servicing Officer is responsible for managing all events linked to deal lifecycle, which encompasses managing bookings and updates of the loan management system

Your Main Activities Are

  • Manage all the events of the life cycle of the Credits: Drawdown, full or partial payment, Transfer, Accounting for Fees, Process and Follow up of accounting breaks, Deal termination
  • Manage post treatment of the activity (ex. incoming cash, paid, pending transactions)
  • Manage and promote good relationships between Department and stakeholders: Middle Office (in charge of deals), Back Office (closing teams) and External interlocutors (Banks belonging to banking pools and Agent Banks)

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Economics / Accounting
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in Banking / Corporate Banking / Financial Operations
  • Advanced level in English, both written and oral are mandatory (French it’s a plus)
  • Knowledge in Back Office App for credit - any tool used to managed structured loans it’s a plus
