Your Role :We have an exciting leadership opportunity for the position of Head of Cybersecurity within our Enabling Functions (EF) sector. Reporting directly to the Head of BMA, Security, Risk & Quality Control, you will serve as a strategic partner and provide independent support to the Leadership Teams in EF. This role offers visibility at the executive level. You will collaborate closely with the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), other CISO functions, and the OT Engineering teams to implement and execute our Cyber Security Strategy. While this position is currently an individual contributor role with no direct reports, it may evolve into a team lead position in the future.

Who you are :

• You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science or engineering.
• You have a minimum of 6 years of experience focusing on industry standards and regulatory requirements such as ISO/IEC 27002, TÜVIT Trusted Site Infrastructure (v4), PCI DSS, CIS CSC, NIST SP 800-64 R2, HIPAA, or KRITIS / B3S PHARMA.
• You demonstrate experience covering various information security domains, including IT, OT, IoT, and products, would be highly valued.
• Ideally, you hold one or more industry-recognized security or audit professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, or CCSP.
• You have strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills, enabling you to effectively present and build consensus across different organizational lines.
• Positive attitude, contributing to a dynamic and team-oriented culture.
• Strategic, holistic, and long-term thinker.
• Customer value-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of being a self-directed pragmatic leader.
• You are proficient in English; additional language skills, such as German, would be considered advantageous.
