Check it out) The Role: The role of a Product Marketing Analyst in a technology company is pivotal in bridging the gap between the product development and marketing teams. This position involves a combination of analytical skills, market research, and strategic thinking to ensure that the company's technology products are effectively brought to market and meet customer needs.    Job Summary: As a Product Marketing Analyst, you will play a critical role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the company's technology products. You will gather and analyze market data, conduct competitor research, and develop the product positioning. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive product success in the market. You will also support the lead generation and business development process.  Responsibilities: Market Research : Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes. Analyze data to uncover market opportunities and threats. Product Positioning : Develop and refine product positioning strategies based on market research. Support the creation of of relevant collaterals and marketing material, particularly develop innovative and clear ways to communicate the value proposition of technology products to the target audience. Competitive Analysis : Monitor and analyze competitors' products, marketing strategies, and market share. Provide insights and recommendations to stay competitive. Customer Insights : Collect and analyze customer feedback and data to understand their needs and preferences. Translate customer insights into actionable strategies. Go-to-Market Strategy:  Drive and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and other marketing areas, to create effective go-to-market plans for new product launches and updates. Marketing Content : Create compelling marketing content, including product collateral, presentations, website content, and case studies, to support sales efforts and engage customers. Sales Enablement : Develop sales training materials and provide training sessions to ensure that the sales team is well-equipped to communicate product features and benefits to customers. Innovate new ways to make this easily accessible to customers and incorporate their feedback for continuous imporvement. Data Analysis : Analyze product performance data, including sales figures, customer adoption rates, and marketing campaign results. Identify areas for improvement and optimization. Feedback Loop : Establish a feedback loop between customers, insight, market developments and trends, sales, and product development teams to continuously improve product offerings based on real-world usage and customer needs. Budget Management : Assist in managing the marketing budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective marketing initiatives. Requirements: A Product Marketing Analyst in a technology company plays a critical role in ensuring that the company's products meet market demand and are effectively promoted to customers. This involves a combination of data analysis, strategic thinking, and effective communication to drive product success:  2-3 years of relevant experience in a technology or retail company, ideally travel / aviation experience; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Analytical approach; Attention to detail; Ability to approach new areas / domains fast and thoroughly; Digital Affinity / potential embracement of travel digital retailing technologies and solutions;  Strategic capabilities; Presentation and communication skills; Experience of CRM and social media; Developing messaging and storytelling to communicate and differentiate our product and services in the market; Variety of experience and hands on and multi-tasking capability; Overall flexibility and strive for continuous improvement.  What they offer: Negotiable base salary + benefits; Remote friendly;
