We are currently looking for a HR Business Partner (M/F) based in Porto

BECOME PART OF OUR COHESIVE HUMAN RESOURCES TEAM

Your main responsibilities in this role will be to take responsibility for operational actions involving Human Resources and its related areas (Training, Reporting, Administrative & Support). Follow Human Resources policies, processes, and services within the framework of the company’s objectives; deploy the Company’s strategy in terms of Talent Development. Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders both within and outside of HR. Support of all HR areas in a context of strong development in our two Centers located in Lisbon and Oporto.

YOUR FUTURE MISSION IN THE HUMAN RESOURCES TEAM

  • Provide HR support to management ensuring constant updates on HR Guidelines, Policies and Procedures
  • Deploy HR initiatives through business lines in scope, ensuring close follow-up and anticipation of specific needs
  • Act as a point of entry in HR for employees and manage queries across the full spectrum of HR activities ensuring the collection of all relevant information for posterior liaison w/ concerned HR areas and fostering employees' answers
  • Manage and resolve employee relations, closely ensuring guidance and support to all stakeholders involved and ensuring ownership of all administrative HR actions (in liaison with the relevant administrative platform).
  • Advise in workforce planning managing internal mobility, long leaves and other related movements
  • Provide support and guidance on onboarding & offboarding processes
  • Drive the performance management model supporting stakeholders through all stages of the process
  • Be involved in Talent Development initiatives closely performing regular assessments according to the strategy in force
  • Contribute to the development, operation and permanent update of HR Tools
  • Produce reports and relevant HR analytics, whilst providing useful HR insights
  • Be involved in cross projects according to the department and organizational strategy
  • Ensure the good process of all administrative HR actions (in liaison with the appropriate administrative platform)

AS OUR NEW HR BUSINESS PARTNER, YOU MUST HAVE :

  • Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or any other relevant area
  • Proven work experience of at least 2 years as HR Generalist in complex and fast pacing environment with a minimum of 3 years as HR Business Partner in international and growing companies
  • Proven HR experience operational and strategic in Shared Services Context will be a plus
  • Good understanding of labour law
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and strong capability in relationship management
  • Driven to foster employee relationships with the ability to understand, explain and support change
  • Ability to conduct a negotiation, generating consensus and commitment in stressful situations
  • Good active listener with the ability to influence others with positive impact
  • Ability to deliver under pressure, prioritize and multitask
  • Self-oriented and dynamic with a problem solver attitude
  • Analytical mindset capable of analyzing trends, relevant insights and suggest actions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Fluent in English; French will be a big advantage
