Job Description : Your contribution to something big :

  • Managing Industrialization projects in all phases: planning, implementation, monitoring and control and close,using the best project management practices;
  • Identification and scope of the project management;
  • Planning and control of time and costs;
  • Management Project Team;
  • Ensure the quality management of the project by ensuring customer satisfaction / systematic at all stages until the stabilization the product in production;
  • Management of stakeholders and the communication within the project (internal and external);
  • Risk management;
  • Monitoring of the purchasing process;
  • Integration of all components and systematic design;
  • Follow-up implementation of Engineering Change Requests.

Qualifications : What distinguishes you :

  • Master / Bachelor degree in Engineering or Management;
  • Good knowledge of Project Management;
  • Good knowledge of English language (spoken and written);
  • Knowledge of problem solving tools;
  • Critical and creative spirit;
  • Excellent negotiation skills and decision making;
  • Good ability to work in team and under pressure;
  • Good capacity of planning, communication and leadership skills;
  • Good capacity to coordinate teams;
  • High dynamism, initiative and sense of responsibility;
  • Knowledge BES (Bosch Engineering System) and PEP (Product Engineering Process);
  • PM fundamentals I and II training;
  • 4 Years of professional experience or 2 years of PM experience;
  • Willingness to travel.
