The Role? We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Workday Analyst specializing in the integrations and reporting module to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Workday Analyst, you will role requires strong deep understanding of Workday functionality, business processes, and data architecture, along with strong analytical and technical skills, having a strong partnership with HR Global Process Owners to ensure alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices. Your expertise in the integrations and reporting module will be instrumental in enhancing our HR processes and contributing to the overall success of our talent management initiatives. The primary customer base served includes internal HR stakeholders. Integration Design and DevelopmentCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for Workday integrations.Design, develop, and implement robust integrations between Workday and various external systems using EIB, API, Reports as a Service, Workday Studio, Third-Party payroll connectors. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in all integration processes.Troubleshot and resolve integration issues in a timely mannerReport Development and Optimization Engage extensively with HR People Analytics and Business Intelligence teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective Workday reports and dashboards.Develop and maintain Workday reports using Workday Report Designer, Discovery Boards, Worksheets, Slides, and other reporting tools.Implement Workday best practices to optimize existing reports for performance and efficiency.Provide expertise in ETL processes for reporting purposesData Governance and Security Implement and enforce data governance best practices to maintain data quality and consistency.Stay abreast of Workday updates and industry standard related to data governance and securityDocument and TrainingCreate and maintain comprehensive documentation for integrations, reports, and related processes.Provide training to end-users on Workday reporting tools and best practices.Support end-users by troubleshooting issues and providing guidance on self-service reporting capabilities.Continuous ImprovementStay informed about new features and updates in the Workday communityProactively identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, system optimization.Collaborate with other IT teams to align Workday integrations with overall IT strategy and architectureMinimum Requirements6+ yrs. years on Workday or equivalent HCM systems and Bachelor’s in HRIS, IT, HR, or related field.Proven experience in designing and implementing Workday integrations and reports.Strong technical skills in EIB, Third-Party payroll connectors, API, Workday Studio, Report Designer. Solid understanding of HR processes. Clear and concise communication skills, internally and externally, virtual, and face-to-faceDemonstrated intellectual curiosity, desire to learn, system thinking and problem-solving abilitiesHandles sensitive information with integrity and gains trust quicklyWork well in a collaborative work environmentPreferred Qualifications:Workday certificationsWork experience with Global companies
