About the job

  • Project Management Team Leader's mission is to coordinate, guide and supervise various project support team members and project managers in order to ensure the successful projects´ implementation and to promote the continuous improvement of the project management methodologies and associated tools and techniques

Your Main Activities Are

  • Monitor team’s activities and KPIs in order to ensure the quality of project delivery aligned with clients’ expectations and internal policies
  • Identify team members' training and development opportunities, provide coaching to the members of the team, and contribute directly to their performance
  • Propose staff allocation to projects based on resources skills and availability, and support initial onboarding with internal clients or departments
  • Enhance team involvement on transversal topics related to project management, encourage learning between project teams and inspire strong business acumen
  • Develop and enhance the current processes & Project Management practices, proposing improvements to better serve internal clients
  • Guide and support the team to deliver innovative and impactful projects with a strong focus on the specificities and business needs
  • Team management, evaluation, recruitment, training plan and employee evolution, ensuring the expertise and the team polyvalence

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Master’s degree in Business Management / Project Management and/or Engeneering
  • At least 4 years of experience in Project Management
  • Advanced level of English, both written and oral
  • Knowledge in MS Office Pack (Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Personal impact / ability to influence
  • Ability to deliver / results driven
  • Organisational skills
  • Ability to manage a project
  • Ability to understand, explain and support change
