Account Payable Advisor With A Native Level Of French - Porto
Job Description: Our client is a multinational company looking for an Account Payable Advisor with a native level of French in Porto, Portugal. Responsibilities: Proactively handle collection cases within a portfolio of clients based on company policies and procedures. Build relationships with customers to encourage good payment behavior. Analyze and determine the creditworthiness of customers based on internal and external information. Ensure proper financial measures for collections. Advise on reconciliation and under/over payments. Address complex credit management issues when required. Requirements: Minimum secondary school (High School) education. Previous experience in credit to cash or accounts payable roles. Native level of French and English proficiency (B1 level). Basic knowledge of SAP is a plus. Excel proficiency including Pivot Tables, Formulas (vlookups, conditionals, etc). Data accuracy and detail-oriented. Good time management and organizational skills.
