Your responsabilities :

• Receiving telephone calls or chat from clients wishing to obtain various types of information concerning their insurance policy
• Depending on the case, the request will be processed via a transaction in our client
• Indexation & electronic archiving in our document management tool.
• Policy changes requests, updating payment details
• Cancellation Requests
• Making a claim request
• You will NOT sell anything

What we offer:

• Possible start :23.11 :

• Working time frames: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00 (local time) :

• Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance) - you have a total (with bonuses) of approx. €1330 - €1520 gross x12 months:

• basic salary: 1086€gross x 14 months or 1267€ gross x 12months

• Performance bonus: up to 100€ /month

• meal allowance: 7,23€ NET/day (approx 145€ NET/month in a voucher card)

• Fixed term, renewable full time 6-months employment contract (according to the Portuguese law)
