HR - Organization Management Specialist

We are now recruiting a HR specialist to join our team in Lisbon as an Organization Management Specialist.

The department you will join delivers services to support the HR function on Organization Management (OM) in the Airbus HR systems in accordance with the defined Process Methods and company rules.

Under the responsibility of the team leader, you will support the HR function on coordinating / collecting all required information including approvals to allow a proper implementation into the HR tools. You will, as well, need to regularly share KPIs on the activity being conducted.

Main activities

  • Answer support requests that are related to OM
  • Ensure compliance with the Airbus procedures for all received requests
  • Implement the request in the HR systems as soon all prerequisites are met
  • Deliver KPIs / Metrics related to the supporting activity
  • Coordinate requests with other stakeholders (including the manager and Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs)
  • Manage the preparation (transfer matrix as-is / to-be), the impacts and the deployment of reorganizations including on-time and on-quality authorization updates according to the agreed upon plan
  • Ensure services are delivered in accordance with agreed customer requirements and continue to meet or exceed expectations
  • Create/update procedural documentation
  • Create/update knowledge database
  • Contribute to identifying and implementing technologies and processes that improve the reliability, efficiency and availability of the systems’ environment
  • Support data quality check for OM

  • Interest in technology and IT tools
  • Basic Knowledge on SAP HR / Workday is a plus
  • Excel & Google Suite tools knowledge
  • Negotiation level of English
